About Us
Hi! I’m Denise, Owner and founder of Brian recommends dog treats which started it’s life, shortly after the real Brian, in 2021. Brian is the Irish Terrier CEO, Chief taste tester and inspiration behind the brand, and we are both ably supported by Steve, the silent partner!
I have a varied background in my working life and, as someone pointed out to me recently, they all seem to have converged into the skills I use at Brian recommends. From Display and Sign-writing, through Sales and Merchandising to running a busy kitchen as Chef in a cafe, then add in some food retail roles, a stint running an online shop selling specialty goods and a few years in a Customer Service role. One thing I can tell you is that there were never enough dogs involved in any of those other jobs!
I will tell you a little more about the why and how of creating the company next time.

As I have mentioned, we are a small team so if you message us, it is me that will respond, I love to get messages about your dogs, our products, things we can help you with or things we can do better.
